Repairs and Maintenance
We can deal with day to day repairs and maintenance on an on-going basis. Carry out regular inspections of the common parts of the building. Arrange major works in consultation with yourselves and to work with external building surveyors, as necessary. We can serve the legally required Landlord and Tenant Act Section 20 Notices, for works in excess of the spending limit for your building (£250 x the number of flats in the building). Where works require that a Section 20 Notice be served, there would be an additional fixed administration fee which would only be charged in full consultation and with the agreement of yourselves in advance, at the time. This would be dependent upon whether the services of a building surveyor were required.
